Service Description

This plan includes the following: One virtual 45 minute consultation with information on newborn needs, sleep strategies, and establishing healthy habits. One email follow up to be used within 12 weeks of the consultation. One 30 minute follow up call within 12 weeks to provide any clarity or answer any questions.
